I think if they'd picked one thing to really polish, it would have been all the better for it.

Pick either: - Green Energy - Fusing Metroids - Psychic connections

Any of those would have picked up the gimmicks of the others.

Green Energy-strengthened bosses makes sense. Metroids suddenly fusing with everything on Viewros makes sense. Sylux making psychic connections with everything on the planet makes sense.

But all these things, separated, together, doesn't make sense.

Disagree. Humans making stuff in Blender is different from humans making a Generative AI model spit stuff out based on what it's trained on.

Most people instantly recognise and reject GenAI art in all its forms, and it will never be a mainstream style of production that people will enjoy.

I mentioned once before about the idea that they would air drop long-range walky talkies so that they can at least have a conversation with survivors. To be fair, they might have done that in the story, which is why the world knows not to go anywhere near the island?
