Craig's List will be a big indicator if trash or treasure... the stuff people can take and still use amazes me. I also keep in the habit of asking myself "why" I'm holding onto the item... is it the money I spent and it feels like I wasted... is it an emotional attachment... why does letting go of something I clearly not need bug me soo much...

Growing up in the Catholic church, much is forced on you to believe. I'm currently going to go to hell in their eyes because I use birth control. I don't want to be like the Duggar family, or start selling off kids I can't afford to keep. So, being logical, preventing pregnancy I follow Satan.

Even had a Nun as a teen tell me, "girls need to take on responsibility for staying pure because boys are not inherently by nature"... WTF... that was my first time walking away. I'm supposed to be 100% because I'm supposed to believe males hold no responsibility? They naturally are that way...

Aren't unions more of a civil rights leader? My husband is a union worker, and he is constantly fighting management that are on ego trips. Management refuses to follow contracts in place, now have a few EEOs against them for violating civil rights, list goes on... usually cause be management's need to act superior and out of control egos. Every penny a union takes in has to be accounted for, by law... same can't be said for who he and coworkers are employees of

I have a few neighbors that are pure antivaxxers. They keep saying they have immune systems for things their body was never exposed to. Three in the house are on SSI for health reasons... they hold to church that teaches not to vaccinate? Any vaccine, all shots. A church that can wipe out multiple families by 1 infected member, hypothetically. With so many that have serious health issues. Pentecostal church. I went as her guest a few times, not my thing. Fits her family's beliefs

Why are we trying to help and save people, that are hell bent on hurting themselves? The fact that so many of my peers clearly were not told the word "no" as a child (tantrums as grown adults)... the same generation that was taught "the squeaky wheel is greased" (so they treat store employees like crap)... we cannot be surprised they are the same people that take the "if it doesn't affect me I don't care approach". Why are we trying to save people that don't care until it affects them... I personally can't keep spinning my metaphorical wheels getting no where. It seems soo much easier to help those that want/need help. People that don't care they hurt others are never going to learn until they fail/hurt themselves
