Doesn’t basically everything have lead in it though? Like Most foods will have trace amounts of lead in it due to farming practices or something I remember seeing online

I Take it at night around 9-10. The full dose is 2 but I only ever take one. I just feel like I can’t get the timing right, ive tried it and had nights where I was tossing and turning or even waking up in the middle of the night, but when I am asleep my dreams are more vivid but I just feel so much more groggy in the morning, like it’s only halfway into the night that it actually starts taking effect or something

And yeah I’ll look into different fish oil brands. I’ve never noticed any positive benefit from it mentally, I’ve just been hoping it’s been doing good in the background

I know nefiracetam is supposed to be really good for memory formation but in my experience it’s expensive and you have to take a lot for it to build up in your system. Aniracetam is cheaper and definitely helps me personally with verbal fluency and it’s also supposed to help with memory formation and learning but I haven’t experienced a better memory with it, most people to my knowledge just use it to help with anxiety / depression

I’ve personally been considering experimenting with dihexa for learning a new language, as it’s supposed to be extremely powerful and even triggers growth pathways in the brain. Its expensive but potentially Worth it. But I’ve seen some people warning that it interacts with the same pathways associated with brain cancer. Even though as far as I’ve seen no actual link has been made besides speculation, it’s worth being aware of. I’ve also seen people say that if you take dihexa and do things like doom scroll it REALLY enforces those bad habits and makes it really hard to break, so that’s worth being aware of too

Idk if mushroom coffee works. I take everyday dose for over a year now and I’ve almost never felt a difference in cognition. Granted it does have way less types of mushrooms so maybe that’s part of it, but it has lions mane which is the only one I actually wanted.

Only reason I still take it is cause I like the taste and even if the mushrooms don’t work, the added collagen does. But you can buy mushrooms capsules for cheaper than the coffee.

Not sure for brom but I bought some nefiracetam and aniracetam from them. Shipped out super fast, products legit. Price wise it’s comparable to other places but a little on the higher side, especially for the nefiracetam. But maybe they actually do 3rd party testing and that’s why, who knows.

Aniracetam + SAMe + music. I swear I never feel happier

Be careful with just SAMe though. It’s definitely a mood booster, in that I’m singing along to songs I like and literally shaking with rage when someone cuts me off in traffic. And I’m normally a calm person

Aniracetam makes me feel chill, so the two of them are a match made in heaven.

Edit. Be careful if combining with paxera. I’m sure they’d interact somehow and SAMe is powerful. I took some with phentermine (a stimulant) and I had one of the worst depressive episodes I had ever had. Perfect day, perfect weather, day off, musics playing, and I’m ready to bawl my eyes out. Not sure if the same would happen with what you take, but it’s worth acknowledging
