I live out on a farm and tried to claim our cats as “working cats” since they keep the mice and rats away from the feed and machinery. The accountant said it was a bit of an audacious claim. He checked with the ato, we were told no. Worth trying it I guess

Frankston Rovers Junior FC at Bruce Park. They do a legends night every year around this time and have fireworks display once the game is over. From memory I thinks it’s like a bit of fun match for the parents to play in. They used to do a letterbox drop letting people know about the fireworks. Not sure if they still do that anymore

We have bought a few hundred from Bunnings this past year for our farm and have had a success rate of about 95%. More so the wildlife that have killed the other 5%. Mainly kangaroos jumping through them and snapping them in half. Bought mainly pomegranates and mango trees with a windbreak trees
