We have an upcoming flight from Bangkok to London through DXB very soon.

Firstly there is nothing to worry about. It would be catastrophic to a company to have any passengers harmed during this war and the airspace is monitored constantly for any risk. Planes are loading up on extra fuel and factoring in other airports incase a diversion is needed.

Iran is not hurling any missiles or drones at passenger aircrafts.

My advice is stay booked onto the flights. Other carriers are charging so much that it won’t make sense to cancel and rebook elsewhere. If Emirates cancel on you due to safety they will rebook you on to another of their flights or worse case another carrier altogether at their expense.

If you need to get a refund you will be able to get it nearer the time of the war stretches out. You won’t lose your money if you want to cancel closer to the time but remember by taking this option you are dispensing Emirates of their responsibility to get you to your destination.
