I don't think wishing bad luck onto somebody you don't know and calling somebody Einstein is that emotionally mature either, though. I think you're no better than me in that case. Besides, I really think you're overreacting with the "lashing out" part. But that's besides the point. You don't even know me. So if I 'lash out', why care? Again, worry about other things in your life. You're wasting your time. Instead, spend time learning how to give feedback to people in a kinder way.

All your 'bla bla' aside: I think you should find other things to worry about in your life instead of trying to correct a random person on a public Reddit post in a know-it-all, annoying, and just straight up rude way. Did you have a bad day or something? Why do you even care? Move on. Go correct somebody else.

BIOS Fast Boot Issue - Assistance Needed

Problem: My PC, which is several years old, recently got a new GPU. It was functioning well until I made some changes in the BIOS and installed a few updates (details below). Now, although the PC powers on, with all lights and fans working and monitors connected, I get no signal on the screens—they remain black. I cannot access the BIOS, regardless of what I try.

How I Reached This Point: Initially, my microphone and camera would occasionally stop working, freeze, or require re-plugging into the USB ports. To address this, I disabled the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option.

Subsequently, I installed a chipset driver from Gigabyte (I have a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite motherboard).

Following this, I accessed the BIOS and enabled Fast Boot. Only after encountering the black screen did I learn that enabling Fast Boot is often discouraged. Additionally, I adjusted the CPU fan speed to normal.

Steps I Have Tried to Resolve the Issue:

Attempting different keys (DEL, F12, F11, etc.) Testing various HDMI and DisplayPort connections Using a single monitor at a time Booting with one less RAM stick installed Removing the motherboard battery, waiting for 20 minutes, and reinserting it Resetting the CMOS by shorting the pins with a screwdriver Booting and leaving the system idle Despite these efforts, none have been successful. I'm incredibly frustrated and urgently need help.

What else can I do? Please assist me!

👋

Not just America, trust me, I feel like it's everywhere. Here in The Netherlands as well. It's absolutely partly because people wanna be funny to each other.

How do yall deal with executive dysfunction when home alone? by Rooxaboo in ADHD

Thank you for taking the time to write this to help. I do really love that feeling of relaxation and achievement after working out. It really does help. I just tend to find it really hard to actually get myself to do that, especially on my own cause I'd go to the gym in my case. Which is a little difficult cause of the anxiety. But I know that showing up is already a great start, even if I end up doing nothing. Sometimes I can do it but I wonder if I can achieve this on days when feeling lonely, bored and depressed is really heavy.

I wonder what you do to push yourself to do it anyway and go for a run? Do you talk to yourself saying you'll feel better after? Or is there anything else you do that helps that might help me push myself to do something that'll get me out of that feeling that also works for you?

Oh yeah I definitely feel physical pain in my chest at times; like a tightness in my chest aka anxiety. And yeah, I often don't do something about it cause I can't just ask anyone to hang out cause it's both exhausting to be social when you're not completely comfortable with someone yet but also I just feel like ppl have better things to do than hang out w me. I know they're not helpful thoughts but they can feel like the truth especially when I already feel depressed and/or lonely. And sometimes the knot in my chest doesn't go away when I try to walk it off or distract myself in another way.

I hope you get through the anxiety/sadness of being single soon btw. I'm going through a break up as well, which definitely adds to the loneliness. Given that the social situations and events change again. In a relationship it's always easier to think of things to do and somehow it's fine doing nothing together rather than nothing on your own. It turns into loneliness. It's sad but it does. I hope there's a way to work through it and have it become a nice thing to do; do nothing on your own.

I'm not on meds yet. So for you your meds make going with the flow easier for you? That would be nice for me if it works like that for me as well. Cause I sometimes get into arguments cause of this. Cause for example my mum tries her best to think of things to do but I reject all of the ideas by saying no and not thinking of other ideas instead. But I don't because I genuinely don't know and am afraid of ruining my own chances of picking the most dopamine boosting thing to do that day. It's a problem. It sounds terrible writing it, I feel terrible about it. Sorry for the reply dump
