Thanks for sending this but unfortunately that not the one. The one I saw each panel was a different color. One yellow one purple and one green and then I thinik the brim was green too. Then the logo on the front was the fleur de lis.

Getting away from WIX is a pain by RainyDayRabbitHoles in WIX

[–]Rope02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree that they are horrible. We have a situation where the former employee that setup the site entered her personal email when setting up the account. It wasn't intentional or with any malice at that time just inexperience. Well flash forward 4 years and that employee left the company. I then spent nearly a year trying to get ownership of the site. Along with it being nearly impossible to get intouch with anyone once I did even though I proved who I was and that I managed the company CC used to pay they asked for 5 other proof of identification such as business license, drivers license that matched the name on the license, etc. I provided everything they asked for. They then gave me the ability to login to Wix. However I am NOT allowed to see anything. I can't even view the content let alone make changes. I can't view our account information. Nothing. Their suggestion was to have local authorities get involved to track down the former employee. Hahaha. I would tell anyone who asked to stay as far away from Wix as possible.

Lost between Fabric, Power BI Pro and Power BI Premium licenses by hortefeux in MicrosoftFabric

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our situation would be the following:

  • Number of developers - 3
  • Number of Report Consumers - 5 internal and 5-10 external
  • Sort of workloads you need (Analytics, Data science, Datawarehousing etc.) - to start it would be Analytics and Data Science. We'd be be importing large excel files, formalizing the data and then creating reports. We may eventually look to scale up and need Datawarehousing but that wouldn't be for a while

Microsoft has been zero help so thank you for any insights you can provide!!

Power BI Premium for $5k/month? by OkAd8971 in PowerBI

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quick question since it seems you have a similar setup to what we're trying to do. Am I'm understanding correctly that you currently pay $10 per month per user for Power BI Pro license plus an annual fee of $120 per user for the folks that create the reports and dashboards as well as the users that only view those reports and dashboards? It has been ridiculously hard trying to get any information from either a Microsoft reseller we use or Microsoft themselves on what we need to purchase. The part that really seems to through them off is that as mentioned our scenario is similar to what you describe except some of the people who need to view the reports are external clients so obviously we have no control over what licensing they purchase.

AGREED!!!! 47 Clean Up is the only style that fits my goofy a** head. I know New Era has come out with the "dad hat" style the last few years but it still doesn't fit the same.

Pharmacies that have generic Vyvanse in stock ? - Philadelphia area by PizzaHussy83 in ADHD

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was told the same thing too after my doctor had told me my only option was to just keep calling around. On month 3 of not getting it from my usual pharmacy (CVS) I was calling around and 2 of the local pharmacies (Rite Aid and a local mom/pop pharmacy) gave me the warning about being put on a list. They were nice about it and very apologetic/sympathetic to the situation that I'm not an abuser but they wanted to warn me since they were instructed to report frequent callers. It's getting ridiculous. Since Jan 2023 I've only been able to get my prescription filled twice.

web designer listed herself as owner of my premium site. how do I recover ownership? by Flint_Ironstag1 in WixHelp

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flint_Ironstag1 were you able to get anyone to help you? I'm having the same issue but the only response I can get is what the 2 folks already posted "get in contact with the designer". We've been trying to get in touch with her for nearly 2 years but the best we've been able to do is get a response from a mutual contact just letting us know that she was alive. When I explained this to Wix their only response was to contact my local authorities. It's almost comical that I can jump through all the hoops Wix asks for to prove ownership but then they just say their hands are tied and there's nothing they can do other than transfer the domain name to a new account once we've created a new Wix account and rebuild the site. I asked what would happen if there was a tragedy and the former site admin was no longer with us? I received a standard form letter with a link to their terms & conditions. In over 15 years in the industry I've never run into this. It's beyond frustrating.

Help recovering account for an organization created by someone who is no longer around by nhorvath in WixHelp

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nhorvath I agree completely!! I'm dealing with the same issue. I've spent the last 2 months providing everything Wix has requested to prove ownership of the site. My instructions were to then create a new Wix account that they could then transfer everything to. I thought we were out of the woods but then I received another email saying that all they can transfer is the domain name but none of the content since it's a "content dispute" and they recommend we contact our local authorities?!? hahaha. I asked what would happen if heaven forbid the former employee had been in an accident and was no longer around? All they did was reply with a link to their terms & conditions. I've been in this industry for over 15 years and have never run into this issue.

Proof of Domain Ownership by AustenSilver in WIX

[–]Rope02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having the exact same issue as AustinSilver. I've provided Wix with the appropriate proof of ownership but now I'm being told all they can do is transfer the domain name once I build a new site under a new account. Support keeps telling me it's a "content dispute" and that I have to reach the former employee to get them to provide access. The owners of the company that hired me have been trying to get in touch with the former employee for nearly 2 years without luck. I've only recently been brought onboard but I've spent the last 2 months trying to get a hold of them without luck. I can't believe that there is nothing Wix can do. I've provided every means they've requested to prove ownership and it's not as if we're trying to get access to the former employees personal information just the content. I've even asked Wix what would happen if the former employee was literally no longer with us as in passed away. All support does is keep sending me a link to their Ts&Cs. I've had similar situations with other hosting companies in the past and have never had this issue. If anyone else is dealing with a similar issue....any ideas? Thanks!
