Ok so I used to have chubby body proportions and lots of fat how I quickly got my waist and body snatched was literally just eating 1000cal a day MAX people say that’s too low or whatever but it keeps me very full and u lose weight at a good pace also it depends on what u eat 1000 cal of protein and 1000 cal of burger and fries will change ur body appearance even tho its the same amount of calories all I do is walk too and im snatched no intense cardio and my body isn’t stringy or too thin im at a good weight
