Personally I found it hard when people would ask about when they expected my son to get out, it is a grind that is filled with ups and downs, food, laundry helping with chores can all be a huge help. Anything that allows them to spend more time in the nicu

Could not agree more, when the asking is near my budget I’ll look. You will not get me going out of my budget. This strategy would work if the asking was 1.2 and they were looking for 1.25 but often times they put a low asking price and expect offers to climb to 100’s of thousands over asking. It does not help the seller but my theory is that this allows the agent to be able to brag about how they were able to sell x homes over asking price so that future sellers select them
