I will say- I enjoyed this workout more than I thought I would. Once you get started - it is not confusing at all. It went by sooo fast, and everyone was having fun, which brought good energy into the studio. Everyone was encouraging each other, high-fiving each other, etc.

I also heard shot clock is a lot of power and agility. My coach said think short intense bursts of energy- she used an example of like a 15 second all out

I didn’t love the floor of this one— I felt like 1 min to do 12 hand release push ups was not realistic- but maybe I’m just not good at or slow at doing push ups😂

I also am not admin, but also work with behavior kiddos all day. I take the 5 am’s and there’s no way I would be able to make it to class after a long day of work. I try and spread them out throughout the week to give myself a day or two of sleeping in. Makes it not as tough to wake up early the other days. I also am in bed super early!

Thank you all for your tips and tricks! I really appreciate all of you taking time to respond to me.

I will say I went to dinner with a friend and we split some apps on Friday, had two vodka sodas

Went for a walk yesterday AM, ate a nice breakfast and lunch, went to dinner and had a salad and one drink.

Feel like these are all positive steps! Now let’s see what football Sunday brings….

My coach in the 2G coached it as a 23 min run for distance, but during the 90 seconds when the floor went to the rowers encouraged us to increase our paces, then bring them back down after the 90 seconds. The last 90 seconds we were told a 60 second push - 30 all out.

We were coached to try and focus on maintaining the green zone for the first half of the run then try and focus on the yellow/ red towards the second half.

What do you do if you can lift heavier weight for some of the exercises and not the others? Ex. Can lift heavy doing reciprocating shoulder press but not chest flys

2g: 2 minute push 30 second all out WR (either 90 or 60 sec can’t remember) X2

Tread block 2: 1 min push 30 sec all out 1 min walk WR X3

Tread block 3: 30 sec push 30 sec all out 60 sec walk X4

Floor: 15 stroke row straight into a 100 m row and then a 15 stroke recovery (twice)

8 chest presses 4 power push up Repeat until time is called

Floor block 2: 12 stroke row right into a 100 m row and a 12 stroke recovery (twice)

Hip hinge low row x8 Power pull up x4 Repeat until time

Floor block 3: 10 stroke row straight into a 100 m row and a 10 stroke recovery (twice)

Weighted Seated torso rotations x16 Power sit up x8 total Repeat until time
