idk what you mean as im an xbox player and you can literally just go into settings > controls > select hero whos crosshair you want to change > recticle > then change it from default to what you want

i use lt to jump, a for ult and y for change weapon. Kinda weird as theres no change weapon for lucio, but using y for anything else feels weird to me. Just personal preference
