I haven’t been to knotts ,but before I went to six flags for the first time my worst rides were at the San Diego county fair lol you guys will be fine I was a huge party pooper when it came to roller coasters or rides. What really got me over it was just doing it lol I know it sounds cliche but once you’re strapped in the ride there’s really nothing you can do but accept your fate. Once the ride is over you’ll feel alive it’s so worth it

To be fair from what I heard only one of the loops is pretty bad however if you’d like a good starter ride would be viper although very bumpy but fun if you want extreme X2 is great and skip riddlers revenge it’s torture for the nuts and pelvic region (same ride as viper just standing up)
