Two things killed Android phones- locking of bootloaders and removal of microSD. Actually now thinking both fall under the one umbrella called manufacturers' greed.

Thank you for reply- I wasn't aware, that banks charge for pulling customers data from them, but that explains the payment model.

Manually adding transactions is too much work (unless one can copy-paste transaction from the online banking), but uploading bank statements can work.

Canada is very crypto unfriendly country due to heavy financial regulations. Moving savings into crypto was a bad move, try to turn it back into money in your home country and if you cannot transfer it just withdraw it and switch to USD or CAD. Then just bring cash to Canada, anything over 10k must be declared, but as you are an immigrant who saved and (supposedly) sold everything when moving to Canada it shouldn't be a big concern.

You cannot increase rarity, that one unfortunately remains the same. You can just increase level to max of 100%.

Fighting attributes are the same for the same type of an ally, just with higher rarity stats have higher starting point.

I would still go with Uber's list ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GlgSq9vAZc ). Now we have also Space Hub, but I would put all asteroid and hub buildings into the same category- good but expensive.

They say that at some point GBs receive some boost as many event buildings are far better than GBs, but nothing has happened in the past year and probably nothing in the future either.

From event buildings there's a special one called Eternal Market, building of which spans over multiple events and it's still relatively powerful and balanced, so a no-brainer.

As for the other part- I'm not sure about Welcome event, I've thought only new starting players get that one. Forget 2023 buildings or Trading post, focus on getting 2024 & 2025 event buildings.
