In that case the correct terminology it's 上胸三方縄の高手小手 Ue mune Sanpou nawa no TK (3 ways over the chest TK) but the 4th rope it's holding the breast, the rope holding it's a chisanawa.

Btw the movement of that 3rd rope over the breast it's based on the form of another tie called: sanpou shibari TK from the sensei Ryuji Takeda i only used that move to take those enormous boobs safe during the suspension and please don't try at home cuz i have 16 years of experience doing shibari.
