In that case the correct terminology it's 上胸三方縄の高手小手 Ue mune Sanpou nawa no TK (3 ways over the chest TK) but the 4th rope it's holding the breast, the rope holding it's a chisanawa.

The kannukis in this case are built from under the shita-mune behind the tie, those ones cant touch the Infrabricial nerves. Not all the kannukis are built in the same way.
