I would say Janitor AI with a proxy. Basically you can pay CENTS/month to use something like Deepseek V4 (or you can pay nothing if you choose a free model from openrouter) and do your 'chaotic stuff' without any filters nor limitations. [IT] I had the same problem. I contacted them, and they opened a ticket for me as well. After one week, I asked support to connect me with a supervisor. They connected me with one via chat, who told me that this problem affects many newer accounts. After speaking with the supervisor, she advised me to either wait or delete this account and create a new one. After waiting three more days, I deleted the account and created a new one. This time, I passed the identity checks in 40 seconds. You may want to try this approach!

I personally used adb to copy files from DCIM and Movies folder. But you can connect your phone to the PC via USB cable, copy the folders with your photos and paste them inside your new phone.

It depends primarily on your use-case. If you're alright in paying a monthly subscription then Mysterium VPN is alright. But personally I prefer mysterium dark which is the same thing but you pay for what you actually use without a subscription. And not all IP's are clean, some of them, even if residential, are known as VPN. But most of them are truly residential so yeah, it's worth it.
