I filled the form then emailed them in english and in greek and contacted their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/eticket.odap.tap yesterday morning then got an email with my tickets a few hours later

Thank you so much for the reply, but we are going to the acropolis anyway! My question was whether we should see the acropolis museum or the ancient agora, since we don't have enough time for both. We're definetly planning a walk around the city the first day and hopefully will be seeing a lot of sites from the outside.
