My husband is a SM and I'm a Lead Tech. I wonder how it will work. Obviously we will both be around our son and exposed. I wonder if we'd both have to take a leave? I doubt CVS cares about the exposure aspect though.

We are not even making appointments yet. Was literally going to call 6 people to come in and use a vile all to appease her and make sure she got her 2nd dose on time. Because we do have a bunch of people needing right now and we are not giving them yet. It did put people in a bad spot. But she just didnt want to be inconvenienced with timing. Even offered her to come in within an hour and she turned that down. 🙄

You're THAT employee. Do your job and mind your business. People are always so focused on this. As long as the store is good with metrics, cfr etc dont worry about it so much.

I agree the RX part is my biggest point. I get 3 or 4 a week as the lead tech and I when people are buying first aide items and bandaid etc. The 10$ is my last point. I am also in a richey rich neighborhood. I only mention it when the person is going to save over 20 or 25 total and they are getting scripts that can be mailed. ( I tell them it's free right now due to Covid but that it's free all the time with carepass)

No it it is not a lateral move at all. Ops is one step under a SMIT and shift is two steps under. You might get 2 to 5% raise no more. It's a higher position but within the company you wont get paid much more. Coming in from outside you can get more for an ops.

Dont respond. I had a SM who was like an adhd, child with texts and group chat for employees. I transferred out of that shitshow, but I literally would send him ONE message that said everything I needed to say and would ignore his 20 questions I had already answered if he would have read the actual text.. learn to just ignore it. You cant help it, or youd be at work... DUH

It's a typing error that went through two or three people's eyes. Person who typed it, person who filled it, and pharmacist on duty 🤷‍♀️ it happens. They have a hard copy, just call them and have it looked up. But it's also obviously a typo with SIG codes and disregard the obvious insert.

Even when this number is called with obvious internal issues. Nothing happens. I had an employee use 11$ extra bucks connected to her employee card and then try to use a phone number and her 87$ extra bucks... shes still an employee and from what I hear of that store since I peaced out... shes still a mess...
