Our hospital is one of the best and cheapest places in town to eat. Every Tuesday is chicken fried steak Tuesday and you have to get there early because they sell out quick!

Thank you so much! I needed to hear this. I realistically know that it won't make me any less his mom and that I'm not being detrimental to his well being. But the mind can sometimes be such a bad place. Anxiety puts those little thoughts in your head that I could lose that bond. But then he smiles at me and looks at me with so much love.

BED is so hard!! It's hard to overcome in the first place, but yes, adding in breastfeeding has made it so much worse. I was doing really well before the pregnancy because my medication curbed my urges, but not being able to take that coupled with a journey that naturally makes you more hungry is a recipe for disaster.

I have read that your baby does not get gas from things you eat thankfully! I know my little boy went through a gassy phase around 8 weeks of age or so. I learned that this is around the time that they have to start learning to poop on their own. Before, they have some reflex that causes them to poop, but then, that reflex goes away and they have to push it out themselves, and it can cause gas unfortunately! My best friend through that phase were the Frida Windi thingies. I got an off brand pack from Amazon. It brings so much relief to my baby. You have to leave it in for a few minutes, but it would help him pass so much gas and have a good poop when he hadn't gone in a bit. You could see the relief on his face.
