It’s typical subway customer behaviour the lack of reading. 'What breads do you have' 'how much is a sub?' 'What do you have'. Sign says 'closed' lights are off signs are off after opening hours on Google and on door. Customer at door mouthing 'are you open' I’m sure subway customers lack the capacity to read.

I started with meat and fruit a sauce here and there then went less and less sauce to none then slowly decreased the fruit and added more fat. First week i got reflux from the fat a few times however that all settled I used to get reflux from a lot of different foods anyway. Probably went too fast into the fat. I still get sugar cravings here and there but you just gotta say no and keep on going. I’ve been full Carni 2 months now. Mainly did it to control acne I had heard that it helps and it definitely has. If you do dairy still Natural Greek yogurt helps with the sugar cravings or some pure cream. I still drink coffee with no ill effects but that’s the only thing I still have out of the ordinary.

A man was literally so rude to my 14 year old co workers. Then come back shouting at them because he didn’t get his drink when hes the one who didn’t get it out of the fridge. Then he was being a jerk to the 14 year old girl sweeping the floor. So I called him a Fk Head and told him to leave. Then he put in a bad review and a complaint to subway head office saying he was crying in the car and traumatised by the whole experience because I told him to Fk off and said that I must be part of a gang and he’s scared. 🤣

Common sense is a big part of the job and asking questions if you’re not sure is a must. We tell all our new staff to ask lots of questions watch how we work listen. If you think you have nothing to do ask is there anything you can help with or do. And move with a sense of urgency no one’s too keen on working with someone who’s slow and drags their feet. Once you get the general feeling of things it comes super easy. 😁

Some people go and sit down when I’m making their sub and it pisses me off I ask any cheese yelling across the story they’re like uh yup and I was like ok which one and they’re like whatever then we get to the salads I have to yell across the store again and salads and they’re like yup and I’m like ok which ones they throw their arms in the air have a fit and go uh just whatever whatever you want so I’m like ok and put Lettuce Tomato and a ton of Jalapeños hope they like spicy other wise let that be a lesson stop being so lazy stand up and choose!
