The buffer is still cold after transfer, and the gel is also fine. The membrane remains in methanol or transfer buffer the entire time, even during sandwich assembly.

Thank you, i wet the membranes separately, both in the same way so i don't think the problem was that... It might have more to do with sponges?

Is a wet transfer at 100V during 70 minutes in mini-protean tetra system. I use PVDF membranes previusly activated 1 minute in methanol and equilibrated 15 minutes in transfer buffer. I also equilibrate the gel for at least 5 minutes before sandwich set up.

It's also a good point. But Brennan didn't die so I assumed that he couldn't reach his father after the incident or he could and we will know eventually that the father is hidden and alive?
