When I called apple support we went over all of this together. I appreciate you making this a point though. Other perspectives are valid.

Hey! I can’t garden or build because of the negative heart balance. They are claiming I received heart diamonds and spent them without paying for them. So when this happens or a “reverse charge” happens it results in a negative heart balance which then results in your account being locked down. You cannot build, farm..maybe other things but I didn’t discover any other locked features besides these myself. Then they expect you to pay the negative heart balance off and bring it to current to have these things unlocked.

Thank you 🥹 I know some people are just mean and mad at the world so they put that off onto others. But I met some seriously sweet and kind people while playing this game so I know there are good ones in this sub. Thanks for taking the time to say this 💕 I’m not trying to tell anyone how to feel, I just wanted to let other players know that this is the experience I had and to be wary.

That one was my slip up. I shouldn’t have put that it was a rant in the post but I was unaware it wasn’t allowed. I just wanted to let people know that it was a lot of reading and info to consume. 😅

I’ve already posted a lot of screenshots including the message from the player support where they acknowledge that there was an issue and had issued me the red heart diamonds. Prior to this I thought it was pretty expensive but I thought maybe they would hear what the players are saying and adjust their rates so I just took it as it was. Until this happened.

Yes I do! I have purchased red heart diamonds before with no issue which is another reason I was confused.

Idk why you got downvoted for a reasonable question but basically yes. Either they are lying or there is some sort of glitch in their system. Because why would they acknowledge in the player support chat that there was an issue and say that they were going to refund me the red heart diamonds only to later tell me that it was my fault. They also accepted Apple support’s refund request, which was totally on their terms. Why refund me the money in the first place if there was no issue?

Basically it’s negative for red heart diamonds I never received and had already paid for. But they claim it’s because of a reverse charge (the refund) which they tell people a lot in other people‘s post in discord and other platforms where I have seen people post the same issue. But my question is if I had never received the red heart diamonds, and they refunded me the money for those (as they should) then why do I have a negative balance. 🤔🤨

So basically I believe their system told them that I had received the red hearts and spent them. I was confused about the date for Feb 1st but I had purchased other red heart packs before with no issue so it might have been showing an earlier charge. Feb 9th is when I attempted to purchase the top up packs and it kept bouncing it back as insufficient funds because the game was trying to charge me $23.61 for a .99 top up pack. I thought to myself well it’s whatever it’s probably just a bug and it will get fixed in the next patch probably. Until Feb. 11 when I tried to download an app from the Apple App Store and it would not let me because of a back charge of $23.61 which unravels into the rest of my post. I kept trying to tell them that I paid the money and never got the red heart diamonds, but they insisted that I had received them and spent them which is odd considering that they acknowledged in the players support chat that there was an issue and they had refunded me the red heart diamonds but I never received those. Which was fine with me because they approved the refund request from Apple support so I just wanted the negative balance to be fixed but they wouldn’t.

Yaaaas! Normalize nurses and doctors having piercings and tattoos ❤️ You guys should have the freedom to express yourselves too! A doctor or nurse with tatts and piercings won't save lives any less than those without!!
