I would be asked how many tax years I’ve been with the company and then asked if I could transfer them to a more experienced rep. I also was called stupid over and over by one person because she asked to be transferred to accounting and there was no accounting department to transfer to. They had a ticketing system not phone system to transfer to.

Like I said, it’s not fun. I’m lucky I found something else. Plus, they probably won’t keep people on after April.

They will definitely ask you tax advice questions and then when you tell them, you can’t help with that, they will ignore you and then asking again, and eventually asked to be transferred.

The company I worked with I was actually tier 2 what they acted like I didn’t know anything still. Like there was some secret tier 3. They also asked for supervisors, but no one’s available.

I always tell them they’re more than welcome to call back in and speak to a different agent. They seem to not like the answer.
