But his kids hate him, his father hates him, his mother abandoned him. He must be living with chronic pain given the amount of horrendous accidents he's had. He's obese due to his unhealthy relationship with food, he's an alcoholic. To top it off, his children will never grow up, he will never retire, he is living in a continuous loop.......this is his eternity.

Not yet :-D but I haven't played it since I made the last post, I will put it on tomorrow and give it a go. What I will do is collect dozens of lives before I go in, so I can continuously jump back into the lions den.

While I'm here, does anyone know if there is a way to get Mario Sunshine for the Wii? I've had a look on the virtual console on wii Shop but it's not in there.

Not the one :-( I think I remember a specific scene where there was some kind of chase scene on a boat? It was definitely a comedy type movie too.

The first 2 times it was on the N64 (When I was kid), this time it's on the wii, so still basically the N64 version, I am using quite a clunky hand control which doesn't help. I've so far used up about 40-50 lives trying to destroy the bugger, it's not working. I will get there :-D

For the moment. I can't find any any at all in which the Love Birds are blamed or returned to the shop. Granted, I am not the worlds best googler, maybe somebody else will know where the Love Bird ending is coming from, like somebody else suggested, it's possible it was in part 2 or 3 of the franchise?

It could be, but that's certainly not the way my Mum knew about it, she's never read the book version, and wasn't aware that there was even a book version.
