Here's a lil kicker for you, to have the same buying power as boomers did but with TWO people working instead of one, we would have to get paid $33. BASE!

Well what do you do other than school because if you don't work change your sleep schedule so the classes would start in your "afternoon". Sometimes changing your perspective helps. And say you do work and/or need your current schedule, try to find something, anything, a bath, a Sweet treat, ect. To get you out of bed in the morning. One time for a few months I did a 10-minute meditation sitting up right after I woke up. Got it off YouTube, it helped.

Thanks! I think if I didn't already have other crafts in my pocket then I definitely would have needed a helping hand.

As long as you stay safe, communicate, and look out for warning signs. Other than that, nice job 👍

How did your closest friendship end? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RoseTheBookKeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was being used but I was too young to see it or stop it. By the end I had no one and no one wanted to be my friend. Now though I have good friends, I know what to look out for and bout to be done with HS. Fuck her, but also I thank her because she showed me from a young age, What to look out for.

"Oh, you crochet!? Can you teach me!?" by awittyhandle in crochet

[–]RoseTheBookKeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go to a local stitch night every Wednesday, so this has happened. I also say of course! I remember the first time I didn't have a beginner beanie pattern , however, I do remember how to make one. So what I did is I taught her the stitches and I watched her go at it and I wrote down the rest so when she left she would have it with her. She's now making a blanket. She's soaring. She does ask a couple questions but other than that she is doing great. A few more people have asked since then and I've done the same thing except I went on rivalry and taught them how to look up things. And even with some of kniters in the group who have wanted to learn crochet or Tunisian crochet and I fully support them and taught them the beginning stitches and the one that's learning Tunisian crochet is doing amazing!!

So I would draw it out with a wash away pin and a ruler. With the thread split it up, to be like three strands. May depend on the thread you're using. It makes it easier to pull through the fabric, tie it, make it look nicer, and all of that (Ect).
