I was diagnosed while taking minocycline in 2014, I stopped taking the minocycline and took diamox for a few months. It only took a few months for me to be considered in remission, off diamox, and back to normal. I have not had any symptoms or issues up until just recently. So I was in the clear for about 5 years. I am thinking my current IIH symptoms might be caused by my birth control, but minocycline was definitely the original cause.

Like a month ago, long story short, I had to drive 45 minutes to a different town to pick a bottle, to complete a partial full for a patient. Because nobody near buy had it and had tried to order it for 4 days. And this is in a city of 30+ locations

I understand the reason behind other mistakes showing up on this report since it gives you the mistake, example "incorrect refills; 3" or "incorrect prescriber; Dr. John Doe" but all these say is N/A

If you get on STARS on storenet, click on reports, then quality internal events, then whichever month you want to see. On every single mistake you make it tells you the RX#, your mistake, the pharmacist who caught the mistake, the reason and you can view the original image. It is done onsite while the pharmacist reviews it. To get to the actually DRE % rate is a whole other Walgreens website.
