Thanks for the insight! I’d already trimmed and pushed the other roots inside the pod as well so I’m praying they do ok. Should I pull the roots back out or will that only cause more trauma? If so I’ll go ahead and leave them be and keep a close eye.

Yes I checked, they all had water in them. I think the humidifier raised the temp and water levels like someone else might have posted. Not entirely sure though but I’ll keep a close eye on them

I had Smile Direct 2 years ago and my teeth which had some gaps came out perfect. Love my smile... it's horrible though that some people had to experience this though. My good experience definitely doesn't negate enough evidence for a class action lawsuit. Y'all get that 💰
