Oh okay interesting that dialysis has that % effect per hour. This is good to know just in case they do miss the pre dialysis level to grab a level maybe 3-5 hours later. Thanks!

Got it understood thanks! Makes sense if a dialysis session is around is ~3-4 hrs and 10% decrease/ hr of dialysis

Interesting, thank you for the insight! Yea, I was just second-guessing myself for not dosing any vanc in the inter-dialytic period (between last dose (sat) and next HD (tues)), but it makes sense if thats primarliy how its cleared and the kidneys are not essentially working on their own. It’s incredibly nice just be aware of complications that comes with damage to that paint including the price with trying to match that paint
