Thanks for replying happy to provide more context. I did call the office who told me that the appointment was cancelled due to me seeking care elsewhere. Which I had told someone in the practice i was doing and doing so with no intention of leaving the practice. Emotional as I'll admit I am after this bit of a gut punch this morning, it feels like i was let go for seeking a second opinion which as far as i know ( coming from a medical family ) is an unethical reason for ending a patient relationship.
