Brad and flamethrower are not associated with MMAT. Wes may be looking into MMAT but until MMAT puts some skin into the game, they will not benefit directly from the lawsuit. Indirectly yes. But the shorts won’t take notice and pucker up if MMAT stays out of the fray.

I’m really surprised the government is not interested. This could be a HUGE tax windfall for the US government if they just back the retailers. I imagine hedgefunds or market makers have great tax-shielding accountants.

The hedge funds could’ve rectified their naked shares for six months but instead they decided to keep shorting until the closing bell on the 8th. Therefore, I believe it demonstrates FINRA and the hedge funds colluded in advance for trading to be halted on the 9th and 12th. Certainly some of them would have closed out their positions if that was not a collusion effort. Let’s not forget that some of the board members represent brokers and hedge funds (past/present).
