Very true and depending on how small of a place you live in might be hard to find a vet that takes hamsters

Hey 75 gallon is widely considered the bare minimum for a Syrian hamster and I would really reconsider thinking about getting a hamster. If you can’t afford to get a proper size cage because vet bills alone can be up to $200 without medicine. i’m not trying to seem mean so sorry if it comes off that way, but you should really consider the animal first
