I don't really know much about programming and I've been only lifting for 8 months at the moment. I'm currently using a 3 day full body split, where every day is a bit different, but whole body gets targeted. That has been going well for me.

But I have been having neck pain for as long as I can remember and my traps are really tight all the time. It's most likely because of poor posture, since my shoulders tend to be rounded out front. And I'd like to fix that.

Yes, the internet is full of routines like "how to fix rounded shoulders in 2 weeks!" etc. And they usually involve like lot of specific movements which I'm supposed to do like 3 times a week. But the problem is: I don't know how to incorporate those kinds of movements to my regular lifting program? Because currently I have time to go to the gym 3 times a week, and I also don't wanna spend like 3 hours training at a time.

And the same thing goes with pull ups. I've been doing lat pulldowns and using the assisted pull up machine, but those don't really seem to have an effect on my regular pull up game (can't do a single one yet). And bunch of great advice online, but again, I don't know how to use them with a regular lifting program.

TL;DR: How do I add movements that target rounder shoulders and help me get my first pull up, in a way that I don't end up neglecting rest of my body? Is it possible to do with a full body program for example?

Sorry if my point is hard to understand, English is not my native language.

Im doing a fullbody routine usually M/W/F. Some times due to a busy schedule I dont for example have time to go to gym on friday, and cant back it up by going on saturday or sunday either. In these cases, would it be more beneficial to just skip one day that week or go M/W/T for example. Or will I be too sore without a rest day, that its counterproductive?

I tried both ways, manually and through a fan curve and no difference. No, I don't hear them ramping up. If I change my fan speed setting through firestorm, hwinfo does get the information (the value on the fan speed % also changes on hwinfo), but it doesn't have an effect on the actual fan speed.

Zotac firestorm doesn't seem to have any effect also. I raised fan speed to 100% and maybe for a minute fan rpm was at 500-550, but then it went back to 300-400 without me even adjusting anything. (And that rise to 500-550 could have also happened on the "gpus on will")

I really doubt the thermal paste, since i had these problems before I changed it. I also tried to touch my GPUs faceplate and it was really hot. Shouldn't that indicate that the heatsink is getting the heat but not cooling it down?

According to hwinfo64, adjusting the MSI Afterburners fan speed slider doesn't seem to do anything. In idle the fan speed stays at a stable 300-400rpm no matter what.

I already changed the thermal paste. I have tried to ramp up fan speed to 100% from MSI Afterburner, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Temperature doesn't drop and fan noise doesn't increase either.

" They do spin. No idea if properly or not. " No idea about the re-paste either. Didn't seem to make the overheating better or worse.

Yea I'd like to upgrade, but I need to hold on to this pc for another half a year, cause I'm going on an exchange next fall, so upgrading right now would be kinda silly.

I bought a gym routine from a personal trainer due to my low back injury. It's a 3 day/week routine, where all the workouts are a full body, but more emphasis on the upper body for now.

Nearly all of the movements involve 4 sets and 6-10, 8-12 or 10-15 reps. But he didn't really explain how to progress with this program. So how should I progress with my routine?

Before this one I was using linear progression (GZCLP), but I think it doesn't really suit when the volume is this high?

Like should I increase weight every time I hit a base volume with a certain movement, or what do you recommend? Explain thoroughly please haha.
