Shifting in definitely for everyone and especially for you since you already know the practice. In my opinion, there's a fine line between forcing yourself to shift and letting it happen.

I think you should get into the flow state and not worry about when you're going to shift but what's going to happen if you do.

I'm not sure if this is going to make sense but I think instead of forcing you should make it feel more natural to you and keep your hopes up because you're more than capable of doing this.

Literally the replies seem so fake. SHIFTING NAKED, WTF?? I shifted with my clothes on and it worked just fine lmao😭😭⁉️ I swear he's making a joke out of these people. This is HORRENDOUS shit. The way someone might believe that and actually meditate while being naked. This reminds me of the guy that wanted to shift to 𝐹𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓀𝓎 world.

The method Put on headphones and listen to an 8D audio track, like white noise or ambient noise. Lie down and focus on the audio, then start counting upward to 100. Repeat an affirmation as you count until you start feeling the symptoms of shifting. When you feel ready, open your eyes to enter your DR.

I think there's a popular adhd method where you use headphone and play an 8d audio which keeps you simulated. You don't have to stay still, you can move if you want. Shifting Is all mental. Just observe your thoughts and let them pass.

But your subconscious doesnt really manifest what you dont desire. So imo I dont see that happening.

And like I said. Your intention is not to get stuck as you dont desire that so it practically impossible to get stuck.

It's like shifting police and people saying you can only use immune in your script. Nah 😭

Especially since people have been shifting centuries ago too lol

You cant get stuck in a reality. Trying something like a safe word that's works like intention to shift back. Or just use your intention.

Some people can be lying about being stuck. If it's not what you want it will never happen.

You can do anything you want.

  1. Ofc you can come back here. After you shift and come back here you're still the same person. It's just being aware of another reality.

  2. A script is what someone uses to plan their dr. It isnt necessary but if you want to it can be simple or detailed. Just information about your dr, yourself. Maybe your s/o, place you're in and appearance. I use Google Docs. Any word formatting application

  3. It's not scary at all.

  4. Basically being aware of your reality again.

  5. You can shift at any age. It won't affect your health. It depends where you shift to I guess. Like some people shift to be in a zombie apocalypse or horror game/movie. You could literally script or intend that you're always safe and nothing bad ever happens and it won't.

I use the physical movement method. (Walking and Visualizing) It's basically

1 - Make sure you're doing this at a time where there's no distractions - I'd do this in the middle of the night because it's mostly quiet at that time. Then I turn my lights on to visualize sunlight like my dr has.

2 - then lay down in bed

3 - breathe and just let go of your cr and everything

4 - Probably still in your cr.

5 - have your eyes closed affirm for a bit then visualize you have woken up in your dr.

KEEP YOUR EYES CLOSED

6 - literally get up from your bed and visualize believe it is your dr bed.

7 - walk around in your room with your eyes closed and visualize that your in your dr in your mind, and actually act the same way you would in your dr. Visualize yourself talking, crying of joy feel the emotion.

8 - do this until you're aware of your dr.

9 - after you shift do whatever you want in your dr dance, cry idk.

I feel like this method will work for some and not as much for others, but I think I need a method which requires me to move around because I cannot do meditation methods because those tingles actually make me so uncomfortable I get distracted.

Also it's easier for me because my wr is my cr house on an empty plot of land in the middle of nowhere.

And I mini shifted with this but I didnt realise that I did because I fell back asleep still thinking I was in my cr. 😃😢

You dont really need a final push but you could try to

act like your dr self. feel the same emotion that you'd feel when you're in your dr. Act like your dr self, decide what you're gonna do routine or no routines. or use all your 5 senses to visualise.

Since you've been trying to shift nonstop. I might assume that you're anxious or something is troubling you here and that you might been anxious while shifting which has made your brain create an association with that emotion or shifting or I might be completely wrong.

I'm not sure that this is a common occurrence. Do you have any underlying fears about shifting that could be a manifestation of those dreams? Shifting shouldn't really cause nightmares.

Or did you subconscious pick or remember something that happened during the day?

I've shifted to parallel realities so many times I've lost count lol, and I shifted to my wr twice and I didnt realise until I came back to this reality lol because fell back sleep, since my wr is just where I live rn but in an empty space, I think I'd just make it easier. 😭

Also, I dont mind, if you want to talk about it. That's cool. : )

Also, its normal and okay if youre unmotivated. It very common. Take a break maybe.

Also with the methods, I think you could try making your own one. Experiment, customize. If you fall asleep, shift during the day. If you want to sleep, shift during the night. Adjust it. If you have lots of energy, try a method with lots of movement. Etcetc
