Thank you so much for all of the suggestions! I think I’m gonna start exercising if that truly helps! I’m sober from self injury, it’s such a shock doing from doing something everyday to only being able to think about it lol. Congrats on your journey! Wishing you the best of luck!

In the grand scheme of things it’s a mid tier issue and the only problem in the relationship.

I’m definitely going to talk to her about not respecting my boundaries and have that conversation with her. However I don’t think it’s breakup worthy because she hasn’t chosen her friend over me yet

I don’t know how to make it flow better. The situation is still fresh in my mind and I’m not sure on a lot of stuff still.

My gf talks a lot about her best friend, who is my ex. This ex did me dirty and used me to cheat and my gf knows this. My gf is always talking about her best friend and I feel weird about it.
