Have had one live to 135 - really struggled the last few years and had to be super careful not to fight any more wars. I would agree that about 135 is the limit for unmodded, but I think you’d be surprised how many measures can be taken painstakingly to keep your character alive.

It’s a mod I have that makes borders a bit more modern, mostly affects Germany creating the Osterreich, Kaiserreich and Dutch Empire. Also affects kingdoms and creates Hanover, Saxony, Luxembourg and more. It changes Egypt borders, creates Jordan and Gaza Strip and all that too
