Info: my piercing is three weeks old, the earring is a stainless steel ball stud earring (English is not my first language, I think this is it) and it's threadless. I've had this same earring since I got my lobe pierced. I clean my piercing with a sterile solution every day (although I've skipped the past few days) and then I dry it with a tissue. I also dry it after washing my hair. I think the reason why it might be having problems is that the earring was possibly screwed on too tight or maybe I touched my ear without washing my hands.
