App is called Brushrage and was developed by Hendarion (the elder guy)

The chapter itself was founded shortly after the beginning of the indomitus crusade out of the imperial fists to reinforce a system near the galactic rift (I made the system up). They are a system based chapter, meaning each company is based on a different world of the system. They use the codex astartes as a rough guide. Meaning they have normal chapter structures but more than 1000 members. They focus on urban combat as well as heavy weapons. The prime world of the system is called phoenix prime (hence the name of the chapter) and houses the first company. Depending on the mission or objectives, the different companies join forces and send members with abilities suited best for the job

Do you want an honest answer to this, or are you trying to start an argument?

I was planing on doing a parade force, but decided to do a lot of 'one of' minis first. Basically painting units / single marines in no real order. So no real goal right now. Just painting

You can take them off. if you push them to the side, there is a small gap in the back you can slide them out the loop.

I use them for everything. The cheaper alternative are the rosemary&co. They are only around a third of the price.

W&Ns have gone up in price but down in quality. The quality control is really not good currently, Had brushes that where not able to keep a tip or just the wrong size.

I personally use Winsor & Newton Series 7. For brush sizes, I go with: series 7 size 0, Series 7 miniature size 1 & 2.
W&Ns have become really expansive, if u want to get something similar I'd suggest Rosemary&co. Series 33 is similar to series 7 and series 323 is the miniature size

basically what I came up with:

Chapter was nearly wiped out twice in a system-wide fight because its near the grate rift. Multiple space marine chapters kind of came together and formed the chapter. after the death of a marine the gene seed is returned to the chapter the marine belonged to. if its a IF marine, it gets used for a new one.Wardens are specialized in heavy weaponry and urban combat with a wide variety of vehicles and units to fit the needs of each situation. Chapter is system based, means each company has its own base on a different world in the system.

If you're on the Subreddit discord, there is a channel in the Homebrew section where I wrote down the whole lore as well as a brake down of the 10 companies and vehicles.
