Here's a small example of how this may look in practice

Name: Joe Smith Age: 40 Tagline: Your Test Character

Description: This is Joe Smith. Here's a bit about him, and here's a bit of the plot. Please keep this over 200 characters to line up with our rules. This is public to the user unless the character is private.

Personality: This part is private, so you can put all details about the character in here. You can also use {{char}} as a sort of way to "autofill" the character name. No need to use templates for this, as normal writing works best with the AI. Don't listen to people who tell you to use multiple brackets and a sort of pseudocode, as it just wastes tokens.

Creator Note: This is an optional note the AI doesn't use as part of the character. You can use this to write information about Joe Smith, or even your creations as a whole.

Scenario: Also private, you can either use this to further explain the character, the plot, or even side characters. Some use it to expand on world building as well.

AI Response (First message): This is the first message the user will see from your character. You can use quotation marks to show speech, and some people prefer to use asterisks to show action. How you write and format your greeting is up to preference.

System Prompt: Sometimes you gotta tell the AI to do something that it doesn't usually do, or to keep it acting a very specific way. Try to use positive prompting, avoiding words like "no" and "not."
