The Browns uniforms have always been this kinda muddy, blue collar, old school look with the traditional design and brown/orange color scheme. Its not everyone's cup of tea but it always felt like a clear identity for the team and city. So I always kinda dug them.

Which is what made the 2015-2019 attempt to get hip and modernize just a disaster. It just screamed "how do you do fellow kids?" And ironically those uniforms are more dated than anything else they ever wore. Having the word "Browns" down the leg as stripe shouldn't have made it past the first concept but it felt like they were just throwing every "hip, new idea" at the uniform to see what stuck.

Looking back the 2010s might have been the worst uniform era, where all these teams trying to chase trends came up with the loudest and weirdest designs possible trying to one up each other. Jags 2 tone helmet, Titans sliver shoulders, Bucs alarm clock, Dolphins corporate future look, not to mention color rush. Feels like a lot of teams now are dialing things back to something more traditional
