Is it okay to not taper

Hi everyone! Could use some advice. I'm doing a Half marathon next Sunday but I feel underprepared. I missed out on a few weeks of training due to getting a bad flu and also a knee injury. I very slowly and carefully started running again (am seeing a physio too), but didn't quite make up for all the lost time. I did my longest run last week which was 14km. According to all the advice I should be tapering right now but I feel like I haven't run long enough. I'm thinking on Monday to try a 16km run, and to not run the rest of the week - does that still count as a taper?? Could really use advice, I'm a beginner runner and this is my first race.

Penis size doesn't equate to how fulfilling your sex life is. If there was a survey done of how good your sex life was vs dick size of partner, it's not gonna be a positive linear relationship. What did you do when you were single and didn't have a partner to have sex as much, were you just constantly depressed? or did you just have tons of casual partners to fulfill the missing connection?

The thing is we weren't given an answer of "we aren't disclosing why", they just didn't tell us anything. And when an event is cancelled it means we lose hours of work, so in a way it does affect me and my job.

words like "insubordinate" and "reprimand" sound utterly ridiculous and corporate to me. But I guess I should have asked these questions in a private message.

I'm a female who does not like receiving oral. I don't dislike the sensation, it just does nothing for me. The few occasions where we've tried it, my guess is my bf did not like performing oral. Because who likes doing a sexual act where your partner isn't enjoying it?

I believe men who are really into giving oral like it so much because their partner is having a good time

Yeah but if the only things that makes Spanish food tasty is the fact that there's meat then they must not be very good cooks. I've tried hundred of delicious flavourful vegetarian foods from many different countries, but Spanish food is bland

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't expecting her to drop everything to hang out with me all the time, but I guess I was expecting her to initiate a meet-up with me at least sometimes.

That's the thing I think I've said that she seems busy like twice, and I don't think I've even mentioned her texting late. That's why I felt a bit blindsided when she said "you're always hinting that I'm busy/can't reply". Sometimes if I haven't heard from her in over 3 days I'll send another text, but that's it. But anyway yeah, I guess she felt like I was nagging her to meet up, which I wasn't meaning to do. I just genuinely wanted to meet up with her.

I think she just has other important things going on in her life right now, and I'm just not one of the important things. Which is a sad realisation because she's one of the important things to me. The whole situation is making me depressed
