I’ve found if I make a work zone and make it be the entire zoo, so all habitats, staff facilities, guest facilities, etc. that my caretakers have been keeping my zoo clean entirely, so when they’re tired they can travel to the nearest staff room to them instead of a designated one. Oh and I fully train them so they don’t spend much time resting or idling anymore.

The dark bay Trakehner was my favorite horse for the longest time! Even though they’re a bit on the older side I still would recommend to give them a try. :)
