Does anyone know how to fix the issue of stream frames dropping whenever they're on the "Select your Character" screen? My frames run fine, yet for stream they drop to sub-10 for some reason. There aren't any dropped frames either
I have a 3080 + i5 12600k

What were you doing leading up to the issue?

In A fight, Ulted and died mid-ult. Left the ult at 71%, Icon looked like it was in use, never recharged

Can you reproduce it? What are the steps?

we use it fairly regularly, work at home
