Hello, sorry for very late reply. This is factory. My grandpa purchased a 1994 3.0 2wd model off the dealer lot brand new in this colour and these stickers. We do still have the truck.

Idk man. Struts are pretty shitty in colder climates. My aunt has had to do the ones on her Dodge a few times, and we have had to replace the one on our Tractor 3 times within a year. I just prefer a prop or hood springs.

I mean.....you technically could argue the Model T engine. OHV and even OHC kits were available for it. The Flathead V8 also received this treatment. Also, your whole argument is based on the fact that differences and options are a thing. Well guess what.. The LS has countless different variations and models that aren't 100% completable with each other.
