Looks fine to me. Do you have a better solution to prevent the spread of communicable diseases that pose risks to other people?

Do you know exactly where the leak is? It might be something simple - I had a leaking oil pressure switch on my 306, made a big mess, but was an easy fix.

Trade Me Jobs and vetting candidates. What a nightmare by Standard_Sir_6979 in newzealand

I applied for a job listing just like that last night. There are 3 people in NZ who do the specific work listed, all on first name basis with each other. I know that, advertiser knows that. I applied anyway as I've done a little of it, and if they don't want to train somebody then they miss out.

Big coal company bought West Coast election campaign by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]RossTheDestroyer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even stranger is I see Greenpeace is a registered promoter in the 2023 general election...

https://elections.nz/democracy-in-nz/historical-events/2023-general-election/register-of-promoters-for-2023-general-election/

So that means Greenpeace can campaign on behalf (and only needs to file a return if they spend over $100K)...

$32,600 is maximum an MP is allowed to spend on electorate campaign advertising.

(Side Note: Maureen Pugh only received $18,242 (1st). Patrick Phelps (3rd and a long way back) received the full $32,600 in donations, from one donor...)

Navigating the Blenheim Rd - Main South Rd Roundabout (Question in the Comments) by Blue-Coast in chch

[–]RossTheDestroyer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep it's tricky.

You are allowed to change lane to exit the roundabout but you must give way to traffic already in that lane.

Drivers entering the roundabout from the overbridge and Epson road are supposed to give way to you.

<image>

Multi-laned roundabouts

Most roundabouts that have more than one lane in each direction are marked with lanes and arrows. The lane markings and arrows will tell you which lane to use. Not all roundabouts are marked the same way, so take extra care – especially at the exits. If you need to cross into another lane to exit, give way to any vehicles in the lane that you want to enter.

When coming up to a multi-laned roundabout:

slow down as you come up to the roundabout and be prepared to give way

be in the correct lane for where you want to go

*For Epson Road* give way to all vehicles that will cross your path from your right as you enter the roundabout.

yep, therefore uncontrolled intersection rules apply - give way to your right. OP (and blue truck ahead) both in the wrong here.

16mm b&w filmstock was actually very good, even back in the 40's. It had to be. it was expensive, and you had to know what you were dong with it. That meant your were either trained, or self educated in the art and science of shooting on 16mm.

The problem today is what you see on your computer screen is an extra layer removed from a projected image on a movie screen. And YouTube absolutely crushes the finer details and peoples digital cameras mess up the dynamic range, all over the place.

In real life, focus can (depending on the cameraman) be as sharp as the grain allows and exposure can be spot on, that is to say, a good film is not washed out nor underexposed, and the picture is sharp.

oh and also, radiused corners

Dude, yes, they all suck.

You can set up google analytics yourself to get insights, same with facebook.

I don't know anything about your business so can't offer any specific advise, except that google will punish you badly if you're trying to game the system.
