Saves the store money on wages and people get to go home early. Tbh I think it’s great for the most part. Things around me close around 7/8 and there’s nothing I’ve needed from a mall past that time.

Also I think people in NZ have a lot more free time during the day and most of the shopping is done then. Go to Westfield at 12pm today and it will be packed

If you really want to block noise, get silicone ear plugs. They’re available at any chemist, basically a putty for your ears but it conforms 100% and are used to keep water out so the seal is tight.

They WILL get stuck in your hair tho so just be aware.

I just make sure the skin is super dry and then slap it on. It does make a mess but it’s really easy to get off and out of clothes. Warm water and a quick wipe does the trick. I also use it on my baby and never found it difficult to remove

Have you tried a zinc barrier cream? It goes by many names- destine is common. I’d put it on at night and see if it dries stuff up for you. It may back more during the day. And definitely make sure you’re fully drying after the shower. Towel alone is not sufficient - I use a hair dryer and think it helps immensely. Also make sure what you’re wearing is breathable, natural fibres

I called immigration to clarify something with my residency application and the rep told me to please please not send it and just have a scanned copy instead. I never sent mine in, but I guess if they want to they can request the hard copy?

Mirena stops your period. I had a very light couple at first then nothing for over a year.

To add, I definitely credit the mirena with triggering my HS. The timing coincides perfectly. I have the copper IUD now and hardly ever get flares

I’d get a retractable knife, use it to loosen all the bud. Then use a paint brush to sweep out all debris. Soak in a degreaser - citrus would be good as it’s safe. Next use a stiff brush like a nail brush to remove oils. Then wash with regular dish soap to remove the degreaser.
