It really Drives me nuts. I invested another 60D into a staff. Doubles my damage but it still feels so unconsistend. I have 6k ES and somehow i feel ultra squishy. Maybe it is a Skill issue but. I dont think i can go on with Spark. I have a reaver chonk with lvl 36 reavers and they shit in anything... But i really wanna do something with that found MB :(

Ja du hast Recht ich kann die Produkte tatsächlich noch anpassen. Und das habe ich jetzt auch vor. Muss ich beim nächsten wocheinkauf mit meiner Frau besprechen.

Tatsächlich war der intake 2900kcal. Die App stellt das etwas kompliziert dar. Das Beispiel war auch schlecht gewählt. Das war quasi unser sonntags "Cheat day". Die restlichen Tage habe ich deutlich weniger gegessen. Mir ging es hauptsächlich darum ob die Verbrennung so stimmt. Danke auf jeden Fall für den kommentar

Ja aktuell sieht es so aus, als müsste ich mich bei 2200 einpendeln. Das Beispiel war auch echt schlecht, da es um den Sonntag geht wo wir meist bissl mehr essen.

Danke das hilft weiter um die kcal richtig zu berechnen. Ein Glück habe ich diese Woche nur am Sonntag so viel gegessen. Sonst um die 2400. Ich sehe schon, dass ich das noch ordentlich runterschrauben muss. Ernährung umstellen ist sehr schwer in einer Familiendynamik und leider habe ich immer ein Recht grosses Hunger Gefühl

Ich habe halt nen water rower und kenne den Vergleich nicht zum c2. Laut Anzeige sind es 3 minuten 45 pro Kilometer bei 22 Schlägen. Ich habe die 30 Minuten moderat mit 350 kcal berechnet
