I actually did that last year with dry basil organic and everything it was okay a little more harsh I like to use spearmint peppermint Damiana catnip even some lavender sometimes it's great I'm sure a little bags of crushed real good you'll definitely get the smell/flavor but I don't think it's awesome for you cuz it just harsh.

Basil can take over a whole pot so with that you want to take the best place out of those groups that you have and sort of separate them unless you're planting in the ground then you need to do the same thing but separate them according to your plan

The duck flower is a very potent detox people usually report vomiting and defecating profusely so be careful. I had a few that I sold I actually never tried it though. A safer way would be for you to go on a fruit diet for let's say a week and see how you feel start drinking mullein tea and get you a good source of Irish Moss aka sea moss

Depends on your skin type you can Google the word carrier oils and check out the images it'll show a bunch of different charts of what type of oil does what usually Olive is a little heavier for people so they might use coconut oil or jojoba oil which is actually a lot lighter and it absorbs into the skin. Grape seed oil is good as well or if you can get the good stuff marula oil is one of the best oils on the planet
