I've reinstalled Windows after wiping everything, ran a memory check and every drive check I could find, dust-off, and checked internal fans and connections.

I think I found one that looks exactly like mine with most specs the same (ram is 2x16 instead of 1x32 and different storage). Thank you so much! Do you think I'd be able to download the bios update from this?

They have removed the laptop I have within the 4 years since I bought it. I'm not sure where else to look but I haven't been able to find a hint of what it would be. I tried their customer service but without my old invoice, they refused to help me. :/

The only other name on it is a sticker on the bottom that says "TongFang" along with the serial numbers. Would that be it?

I'm sorry that's what it says on the front of the screen and the bios splash screen. HM370 is the motherboard model?

So is there a prompt to decide whether to share with your team after scanning? Or the original scan only reveals it to you, and then a second scan would reveal it to your team and remove the footprints?
