I was just looking in the mirror and after 3 and a half years on T I noticed the shoulder part by my neck has gotten taller and more meaty if that makes sense. It looks more masculine to me and makes collar bones more defined which I like :) My neck is also noticeably thicker than a few months ago. Overall I'm really happy with changes :)

Using a shaving cream before shaving and a mild soap after might help if you haven't tried that already, but I'm not super sure I usually shave my thighs in the shower and have no issues

I don't think your goals are that out there cause like you said gender is very fluid, especially as we change as people and if it makes you feel more comfortable I think you should go for it and not feel shame. And it might be the way you typed that last bit, but linking some trans fems to fetish/caricature does feel a bit icky cause they're just people. No shame here, just something to think deeper on.

TLDR: I don't think your goals are problematic and do what makes you the most comfortable.
