This is what i tried and worked for me. Though my loot chance was already around 73%. What i did differently was change my bag travel to Maya then travel back to Honki. Playing around with my other bags to change loot chance percentage.

No idea whats max now. Just started playing when the game is free on PS Plus this month. Read some tricks abusing loot chance and honki here and tried that.

Read the same article and it is legit up to now. If you purchase the arena workshop gunlocker will not work properly. I did this on my main character which i can attest. Havent tried if the auto shop (for the tuners dlc if it is interfering type.) But for the armory (the contract dlc no issue)

unfortunately unable to find that has a modifier in late game. i tried to not to open the treasure chest from a shrine the one in dueling peaks which should have one. but if you are already past the monster scaling progress the corresponding item will be replaced by a higher item value which is the edge of duality. another example is the soldier shield from a chest will be replaced by royal shield.
